Glenn Donohue Is the founder of Earth Science Technology, LLC and Principal Environmental Scientist for the firm. Mr. Donohue has over 23 years of experience in performing wetland delineations in accordance with New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and New Jersey Pinelands Commission standards. His experience also includes soils analyses and soil permeability testing; all aspects of preparing and submitting state and federal environmental permitting associated with commercial and residential developments; waterfront development design and permitting; development feasibility analyses; environmental impact statements; NEPA reports; and AutoCAD design. Mr. Donohue has a B.S. in Geology and is certified by Rutgers Univeristy, Cook College, as a wetlands delineator.
